The property suffered from rapid salt air corrosion, which had severely degraded existing exterior decking and interior metal fixtures, making the home look worn and dated.

Approach & Goals

Our goal was to create a relaxed, breezy coastal aesthetic that could survive the harsh seaside elements. We swapped all vulnerable hardware for marine-grade stainless steel and selected ultra-durable, weather-resistant composite decking.
