Challenges Faced

The primary obstacle was the limited square footage in the main hallway and restricted natural light reaching the core of the apartment, which made the space feel cramped and unwelcoming.

Approach & Goals

Our goal was to open up the environment and maximize the flow of natural light. We utilized custom floor-to-ceiling built-in storage to clear valuable floor space and removed non-load-bearing partitions to connect the living and dining areas seamlessly.

Outcome

The result is an open, airy home that feels significantly larger than its actual footprint. The contemporary aesthetic provides a clean, bright, and highly functional living space.
